Acquisition broadens Bullhorn’s healthcare staffing reach and unlocks innovation for TargetRecruit customers with AI and middle-office expertise
Bullhorn, the global leader in software for the staffing and recruitment industry, today announced the acquisition of TargetRecruit, a Houston-based provider of front- and middle-office solutions built on the Salesforce platform. The acquisition deepens Bullhorn’s strategic investment in supporting firms that run their business on Salesforce and bolsters its position as the leading recruitment ISV in the Salesforce ecosystem.
With the addition of TargetRecruit, Bullhorn’s Salesforce user base grows to nearly 150,000, further solidifying its scale and reach. The acquisition strengthens Bullhorn’s presence in the healthcare staffing market, particularly in locums and per diem, two of the industry’s fastest-growing segments. TargetRecruit customers will benefit from Bullhorn’s deep commitment to healthcare staffing, gaining access to proven best practices, domain expertise, and tools to help them scale with confidence.
