Eligibility
DCP’s Undergraduate Investment Banking Summer Analyst program is available to rising seniors looking to be hired as full-time Analysts upon graduation. Currently, DCP is seeking qualified candidates graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 to join us as a Summer Investment Banking Analyst starting June 2025.
Overview
Summer Investment Banking Analysts will participate in a comprehensive training program, utilizing a series of proprietary training modules that address a variety of investment banking and private equity topics, each led by a different subset of the team. Summer Analysts will join DCP’s client teams, developing meaningful analyses to assist our clients in pursuing acquisitions supporting their M&A strategies. Our Summer Investment Banking Analyst program will help candidates to develop the qualitative and quantitative skills to launch a successful investment banking or private equity career by providing direct exposure to live transactions across our various clients.

Professionals
Eligibility
DCP is looking to hire professionals with one to two years of corporate finance, financial modeling and M&A transaction execution experience to join our growing firm. Experience in investment banking (with exposure to M&A), Private Equity or Transaction Advisory Services is preferred.
