Prometheus Group Acquires Engica
Prometheus Group, a leading global provider of asset management operations and optimization software, announced the acquisition of U.K. based Engica, a provider of maintenance and safety management software.
The enterprise asset management sector is set to continue to grow rapidly as organizations need a 360-degree view of assets, to support and accelerate digital transformation. The acquisition will expand the software and service offerings of Prometheus Group in the asset management operations, with the integration of the Engica suite of environmental, health and safety solutions into the Prometheus software platform. It will also increase the company’s scale in the U.K.

Financial terms of the acquisition are not being disclosed.
